Dear Mosaic Wallet Users!
As we previously announced and explained in various forums, the Mosaic Galaxy Team discontinued the development and support for Mosaic Wallet in early 2025.
This decision was justified for several reasons: keeping pace with the Android and iOS versions and incorporating technical and business innovations would have diverted a disproportionate amount of resources from other development projects, especially since wallets from companies specializing in wallet development are available for free and some are of excellent quality. Furthermore, the Mosaic Wallet is unable to handle assets in the Polkadot ecosystem (including the MOS coin) so a new wallet was definitely needed there as well. We recommended using Subwallet in this case.
The Mosaic Wallet functions differently on various Android and iOS versions, and it is expected that more and more of its features will encounter errors.

The recommended solution is to export the wallet addresses stored in Mosaic Wallet to another wallet. The process is simple: in the Settings menu, select the “Show Seedphrase” submenu to retrieve the seed phrases for each wallet, then use these words to import the wallet to another wallet provider. Do NOT delete the Mosaic Wallet app until you have successfully imported all the wallet addresses you wish to export to another provider.
The Mosaic Alpha website remains available and is being maintained. We primarily recommend using the MetaMask browser extension to access this site.
