This week, the Mosaic Chain development team focused on several key areas to improve network stability, governance, and infrastructure reliability. Here’s a summary of our progress and what’s coming next.
What we worked on this week (Nov. 24–28)
Mainnet Validator Health
We investigated and resolved issues where some machines were incorrectly marked as “unhealthy” on Mainnet.
Governance
Development of the new governance pages was completed and they are now undergoing testing.
Infrastructure Monitoring
We improved our internal monitoring systems to better track and respond to infrastructure status.
NFT & Vesting Duplication
Three users received duplicate NFTs and vesting schedules during minting. We implemented preventive measures to avoid similar issues in the future.
Indexer Code Audit
Continued with a thorough audit of the Indexer codebase.
Admin Backend Fix
Released a patch to the admin backend that potentially resolves the “Authorize Proxy” issue.
2026 Planning Workshop
Held a team workshop to discuss and plan major development tasks for the next year.
What we’re planning for next week (Dec. 1–5)
NFT and Vesting Issue Resolution
Addressing the misallocation of 6 delegator NFTs, 1 validator NFT, and 1 vesting schedule.
Further Indexer Audit
Continuing the code audit to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
NFT Marketplace Planning
Beginning the design phase for the upcoming NFT marketplace functionality.
Expanded Monitoring
Further improvements to infrastructure and network monitoring.
Current Status & Upcoming Milestones
Gateway Issue Resolved
The gateway healthy/unhealthy problem identified on Monday has been successfully fixed.
1000+ Active Validators On Mainnet
Mosaic Chain has surpassed 1,000 active validators on mainnet. Our next milestone is reaching 50% + 1 active validators, at which point validator rewards and slashing will be activated.
Thank you for following our progress as we work to make Mosaic Chain even more robust and feature-rich. Stay tuned for the next update!
