Welcome to our weekly development update! Our team has been working diligently on several critical components as we approach our highly anticipated Mainnet launch. Here’s what we accomplished this week and what’s coming next.
This Week’s Accomplishments (Sept. 2-6)
Internet Usage Problem Resolution
Our development team focused intensively on resolving network usage issues that have been impacting performance. We attempted to upgrade to the latest Polkadot SDK version, though this didn’t fully resolve the underlying problem.
Mainnet Infrastructure Planning
We’ve planned a comprehensive infrastructure blueprint required for Mainnet operations, laying the groundwork for a robust and scalable network launch.
Indexer Enhancements
Significant progress was made on Indexer optimization and bug fixes, improving data processing efficiency and reliability.
Explorer Updates
Multiple fixes and minor updates were implemented for the Explorer, enhancing user experience and functionality.
Staking Tutorial Video
We’ve produced an educational video explaining staking functionality, helping our community better understand this crucial aspect of the Mosaic Chain ecosystem.
Next Week’s Focus (Sept 8-12)
Continued Network Optimization
We’re maintaining our focus on the internet usage problem. Polkadot’s newly developed Omninode implementation appears to have solved similar issues, and we’re adapting our own version based on this breakthrough.
Infrastructure Deployment
We’ll begin building the actual Mainnet infrastructure based on our completed planning phase.
Validator OS Preparation
Our team will prepare the Mosaic Validator OS installer to support Mainnet connectivity, ensuring seamless validator onboarding.
Current Timeline & Status
As we are getting closer to mainnet launch we started to prepare the whole launching process. Please note that the launch of the Mosaic Chain mainnet and the activation of all validators will take multiple weeks to complete fully.

Our team remains committed to delivering a secure, efficient, and robust blockchain infrastructure. The resolution of current technical challenges is our top priority, and we’re optimistic about the Polkadot Omninode solution providing the breakthrough we need.
