Welcome to our weekly development update! Despite the decreased capacity this week, our team has been making significant progress on several key components of Mosaic Chain’s infrastructure. Here’s what we accomplished this week and what’s coming next.
This Week’s Achievements (August 4-8, 2025)
DevNet Faucet Launch 🚀
We’re excited to announce the launch of our DevNet Faucet, now live at https://devnet-faucet.mosaicchain.io/. This essential tool allows developers and testers to claim TMOS tokens for testing purposes on our DevNet environment, making it easier for the community to participate in testing and development activities.
Staking Interface Development
Our development team has been conducting comprehensive internal testing of the Staking interface. This critical component will enable users to participate in network validation and earn rewards.
Validator Dashboard Progress
Work has been completed on the Validator Dashboard interface, which will provide validators with essential tools and insights to manage their nodes effectively and monitor their performance within the Mosaic Chain network.
Next Week’s Focus (August 11-15, 2025)
TMOS Distribution & Slashing Mechanism
We’ll be activating TMOS distribution and slashing mechanisms on the DevNet. This is a crucial step in testing our economic incentives and security measures. Important note: Any slashing that occurs on DevNet will have no impacton Validator NFT values on Mainnet.
Enhanced Synchronization (Warp-Sync)
Implementation of our new synchronization mechanism (warp-sync) will begin on newly deployed machines. This improved sync process is designed to reduce the mainnet storage requirements.
Staking Interface Finalization
We’re planning to complete internal testing of the Staking interface and address any bugs or issues identified during the testing phase. This brings us closer to making staking available to our community.
Validator Dashboard Completion
The Validator Dashboard interface is scheduled for finalization, providing validators with a comprehensive tool for network participation management.
NFT Image Display Enhancement
Development work will focus on NFT image display, improving the visual experience for our NFT-based validator system.
Upcoming Milestones & Current Status
Major Update Package
A significant update package is expected early next week (Tuesday), which will include multiple improvements and new features that have been in development.
DevNet Staking Availability
Following the completion of internal testing, we anticipate that the Staking interface will become available on DevNet within the next two weeks, allowing our community to test staking functionality in a live environment.

These developments represent important steps toward our Mainnet launch. The activation of economic mechanisms on DevNet, combined with the completion of key interface components, demonstrates our commitment to delivering a robust and user-friendly blockchain platform specifically designed for financial use-cases.
