Welcome to another week of progress on Mosaic Chain! Our development team has been hard at work advancing key infrastructure components and preparing for upcoming releases. Here’s what we accomplished this week and what’s coming next.
This Week’s Achievements (July 28 – August 1)
Staking Infrastructure Progress
Our team made significant strides in finalizing the Staking page, bringing us closer to a complete staking experience for our community. This user-facing interface will be crucial for validators and delegators to participate in securing the Mosaic Chain network.
Alongside the frontend work, we’ve been developing the Indexer endpoints that support the Staking interface. These backend components ensure that staking data is processed efficiently and displayed accurately to users.
Relay Chain Optimization
We completed work on functions needed to reduce Relay chain storage requirements. This optimization is essential for maintaining efficient operations as Mosaic Chain prepares to connect to the Polkadot ecosystem as a parachain.
DevNet TMOS Faucet Preparation
The team has prepared the DevNet TMOS Faucet interface for launch. This tool will make it easier for developers and testers to obtain test tokens for experimenting with Mosaic Chain’s features on our development network.
Next Week’s Focus (August 4 – 8)
Internal Testing Phase
We’re entering an exciting phase as we begin internal (developer) testing of the Staking interface. This crucial step ensures that all staking functionality works seamlessly before moving to Mainnet operations.
Validator Dashboard Development
Our focus will expand to developing the Validator Dashboard interface. This dashboard will provide validators with comprehensive tools to monitor their performance, manage their operations, and optimize their participation in the network.
Continued Indexer Development
We’ll continue working on Indexer endpoints required for the Staking interface.

Team Capacity Notice
Please note that next week our development team will be operating with limited capacity. Despite this, we’re committed to maintaining progress on critical components.
DevNet TMOS Faucet Launch
The DevNet TMOS Faucet interface will go live on Monday.
Major Update Package
We’re planning to deploy a major update package on Tuesday, August 12th. The exact contents of this update will be finalized next week, but expect significant improvements to the overall Mosaic Chain experience.
Reporting Schedule Adjustment
Service announcement: Next week’s development report will close on Wednesday, so it won’t include Thursday-Friday progress. However, given our limited capacity during that period, significant development activity isn’t expected anyway.

As we continue building toward Mosaic Chain’s mainnet launch, each week brings us closer to delivering the purpose-built financial blockchain infrastructure that traditional finance and Web3 developers need.
