Welcome to this week’s Mosaic Chain developer status update. Below is a quick overview of what the team worked on this week, followed by what we’re planning to move forward with next week.
This week’s progress (Mar. 23–27)
Democracy app (voting) — continued development
We continued building the Democracy application, focused on enabling voting flows and making governance actions easier to use.
Mosaic Trust Network — progress continued
We made further progress on the Mosaic Trust Network, pushing forward on the core development tasks connected to it.
Polkadot SDK — upgraded to 2512-2
We updated the Polkadot SDK to version 2512-2 to stay aligned with upstream changes and keep our base stack current.
Developer documentation — ongoing
We continued working on developer documentation to make it easier for builders to understand Mosaic Chain and start building faster.
User assets (tokens) — support work
We worked on improving support for user assets (tokens), continuing the work needed for smoother asset handling across the ecosystem.
Internet issue — investigation continued
We made progress investigating the ongoing internet-related issue to better understand root cause and potential fixes.
Indexer — bug fixes
We worked on bug fixes in the Indexer to improve stability.
Next week’s focus (Mar. 30–Apr. 2)
Coretime migration — continued
We’ll keep moving forward with the transition to Coretime.
Revive pallet — integration work (smart contracts support)
We’ll continue integrating the Revive pallet, a key step toward enabling smart contract support on Mosaic Chain.
Assets support — continued
We’ll keep pushing forward on asset (token) support improvements.
Developer documentation — continued improvements
We’ll continue expanding and refining the developer documentation.
Internet issue — continued investigation
We’ll keep investigating the internet issue and work toward a clear resolution path.
Indexer — vesting pallet support
We’ll work on adding vesting pallet support in the Indexer.
Current status / notes
Reduced development capacity this week due to illness and additional Mosaic Trust Network-related tasks, which temporarily limited overall chain development throughput.
