Our communication is entering a new phase, and several significant changes are taking place on our social media platforms. We are launching our ambassador program, and we already have both local and international ambassadors on board, whom we will introduce publicly soon. The ambassadors’ role will be to represent the project in various communities and assist users.
Discord will now play a more prominent role, and the new interface will be organized into separate channels for each project. This means that every project—such as validators, Mosaic Alpha, Mosaic OS, Launchpad, and TimothyChat—will have its own dedicated channel. This structure makes communication more transparent and helps users find topics relevant to them more easily.
An important rule is that only those who own POS and DPOS validator NFTs may enter the validator rooms. This restriction is intended to ensure security and the relevance of the content. The main language on Discord will be English, but a Hungarian-language chat room is also being set up so that the Hungarian community can find a space that suits them. Technical support will be available within a regulated framework, as several users have reported instances of abuse. This new system could provide safer, more transparent, and fairly priced support for tasks such as delegator NFT management, validator onboarding, staking, Mosaic Coin locking, and technical configurations. The regulated framework protects users from potential scammers. In addition, the “Contact” menu in the web portal will be expanded: users will be able to directly select which customer service team to send their message to (Mosaic, Novalus Prime, Highway, Gen6, Omnia). This helps ensure that questions reach the appropriate team more quickly and accurately, so users don’t have to contact multiple places.
